Uneek Care

Search by product name, active, or size — try “shampoo” or “10ml”.

We put the number on the label.

Most personal care sold in India tells you what a product will do and very little about what is in it. You get “enriched with” and “infused with”, and no quantity — which means there is no way to compare two bottles at the same price.

Uneek Care states the active and its strength. Salicylic acid 2%. Niacinamide 4%. Hyaluronic acid 2%. Where a formulation names an ingredient but the strength is not on the pack, this site says that too, rather than implying a number that was never stated.

Why some figures have a next to them

An ingredient percentage or an SPF rating is a claim you can be held to. Under the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules and ASCI guidelines, a brand has to be able to substantiate it.

While this site was being built, we found the same products carrying different percentages in different places. Rather than pick whichever number looked best, every figure that has not been confirmed to us in writing carries a .

It is an unusual thing for a shop to show you. We think a brand that marks its own unconfirmed numbers is easier to trust than one that prints all of them with equal confidence.

Why the small sizes exist

An active that works for someone else may not suit you, and no amount of copy on a product page can tell you which. The only way to find out is to use it.

So most of the range comes in a small pack — the same formulation, in a quantity that makes finding out cost ₹169 instead of ₹599.

Who makes it
